This week, I have been doing some things that I found restful, like taking pictures.

And then, I went away from restful, to learning how to make a movie and add music.
I hope you find this short movie to be a relaxing interlude in your day, away from the stress of the world.
I suppose you could say, this is one of my ways to live better with chronic illness.
I have found new activities to enrich life as I live it now.
